Before we reach out to anyone you refer, confirming they are happy to hear from one of our US Expansion Advisors is vital. To qualify, they must be the decision maker or a primary influencer responsible for expanding or hiring in the US.

Complete as many of the forms below as you like between 01 October and 31 December 2023, and we’ll contact them straight away to discuss their US expansion objectives.

Earn Rewards for You and Them

For each company you refer that becomes a Foothold America client before 01 April 2024, we’ll send both you and the person you referred a $250 Visa Gift Card after one paid invoice.

Win the Grand Prize

The referrer with the highest value in signed contracts totaling over $50,000 by 31 March 2024 will be the Reward Season Grand Prize Winner and earn a minimum of $1,000 more!

Foothold America co-founder, Rob Johnson, moves his family from London to Boston to expand his consulting firm to the US.

Foothold America offers Employer of Record services to life science clients based in the UK wanting to expand to Boston, USA as a service of our parent company, an international life science consulting firm with US & UK offices.

We appreciate that so many of our clients are sharing our services with their connections, and we would like to reward you for it. We made it easy too –  just fill out the form below and start referring your network now!

You can make as many referrals as you like between 01 October and 31 December 2023 by submitting a Reward Season form.

The period to make referrals is between 01 October and 31 December 2023 with an eligible signed contract before 01 April 2024.

Yes, and we welcome all referrals. If you’ve participated in Rewards Season, Foothold America may consider additional awards for referrals outside of Reward Season, at its sole discretion. Please contact us at info@footholdamerica.com.

You earn our heartfelt appreciation and we hope you continue to advocate for Foothold America. At its sole discretion, Foothold America may consider a reward after the Reward Season deadline, but is in no way obligated to do so.

When your referral signs a contract before 01 April 2024 and the contracting company makes their first payment, you are eligible to receive your reward, unless the client requests and receives a refund for a cancelled contract. We will notify you at the email address you gave us on the Rewards Season form; you and the person you referred will receive your rewards within 30 days of the paid invoice.

No, sorry, you cannot refer yourself.

Yes, you can. Partners, LinkedIn followers, thought leaders, business influencers, and others with relationships with potential Foothold America clients may make referrals. However, Reward Season rewards may not be combined with other referral agreements.

Anyone over the age of 18, who is not prohibited from making referrals or receiving rewards for making referrals such as those working for government agencies, professional associations, or employees of companies that prohibit such activity. It is the responsibility of the referrer to determine if they are subject to such restrictions. Anyone residing in a country that doesn’t prohibit the use of Visa Gift Card™s.

The value of the reward is based on USD (US dollars). However, Visa Gift Card™s can be used in more than 150 countries globally in the equivalent local currency.

No, all you have to do is complete the form and we’ll do the rest. We will notify you at the email address you provide when you are eligible to claim a reward.

A person who is the contract decision maker or primary influencer of the decision to sign a Service Agreement with Foothold America, is not a current or former Foothold America client, or a potential client who has received a Foothold America proposal within 90 days of your referral.

Yes, as long as they’ve paid their first invoice in full and have not requested or received a refund for a cancelled contract.

The individual referrer whose referrals’ signed contracts total the highest amount of projected year one revenue, and exceed $50,000, will earn a Visa Gift Card™ of at least $1,000. It is at Foothold America’s sole discretion to increase the award based on overall referral value.

Following the end of the contract deadline of Reward Season, 01 April 2024, Foothold America willy tally each referrers contracts and corresponding invoices paid to determine the Grand Prize winner. Within 90 days of the close of the contract deadline, the Grand Prize Winner will receive their Visa Gift Card™.

Yes, Foothold America Assigned Personnel of our EMS clients are eligible to make referrals unless prohibited by the client they report to.
