Foothold America’s service includes a real commercial address, mail scanning and a local US phone number. Foothold America has three options. A Standard location costs $320 a month and a Premium location costs $395 a month. The East/West Package, which combines two locations, costs $595 a month. You can add extra phone services at any time, and you save the setup fee when you set up your US entity with us.

You can choose from 20 of the top US cities for international expansion. Standard locations include Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Phoenix and Seattle. Premium locations include New York, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami and San Francisco. Every plan includes a real US business address, mail scanning and a local phone number. Premium plans give you an address in a top expansion city. Optional add-ons include supervised call transfer, a toll-free number, outbound caller ID and an incoming call log. You only pay for the phone services your team will actually use.

Yes. Mail handling is built into every plan. Post arrives at your US address and is scanned so you can read it online wherever you are. Because the address is a real commercial location rather than a P.O. box, you can also use it on contracts, invoices and most official registrations.

Usually, yes. Most US banks accept a commercial virtual office address supported by a service agreement and a notarised USPS Form 1583. Cheap mailbox addresses are often rejected. Yes. The East/West Package gives you two locations for $595 a month, which costs less than two single plans. Many clients start with one city to test the US market, then add a second address on the other coast. That helps as they grow and start serving customers in more than one region.

It depends on your goals. An Employer of Record or PEO handles your US employees, but it does not give your company its own US address. A virtual office adds that address and a local phone number, so the two services work well together. We can help you choose the right combination.
