If you decide to hire a US worker through Foothold America, you will work with our dedicated Foothold America team to manage your employees in the US. All team members will be available to support you with any HR questions you may have.

If you choose to work with Foothold America to hire and onboard US workers for your expanding business, you will work directly with our team.

Once your employee commences work, we will manage the payroll and benefits for the employee. We will be available to answer questions about employment law in the US and other concerns that may arise. We will be available to support you in any HR concerns at any point.

Expanding to the US benefits many foreign companies. But if your plans change, Foothold America will help you easily shut down US operations. So, do not worry if your business fails in the USA.
